About JourneeHub

We believe every employee deserves to know how work gets done

JourneeHub is the employee clarity and adoption hub, a company intranet and onboarding platform for small and mid-size teams. It's built by Blend Me, an employee-experience and change-management consultancy, on the TREE framework Blend Me has refined since 2013.

[CONFIRM: "built by Blend Me" is the right description of the relationship. Alternatives: "a Blend Me company", "created by the founders of Blend Me".]

Why we built JourneeHub

So we built a workspace around the employee's questions instead of around file storage.

JourneeHub exists because confusion at work is rarely about missing documents. It's about people not knowing which answer is current, whether it applies to them, who owns it and what to do next.

Through Blend Me's work with organizations on employee experience and change, the same pattern kept showing up: the answers existed, but employees experienced confusion instead of clarity. New hires waited. Owners and managers became the help desk. Policy changes were published but never really landed.

So we built a workspace around the employee's questions instead of around file storage: what am I supposed to do, who owns this, does this apply to me, and what changed.

[CONFIRM: the second paragraph above is an origin narrative drafted from the market research's framing, not from a founder interview. A founder must confirm it is true or rewrite it before launch.]

What we believe

  1. Clarity beats volume.

More documents don't help if people can't find the right one, trust it, or know what to do with it.

  2. Responsibility should be written, not guessed.

Expectations, ownership and decision rights belong where everyone can see them.

  3. Publishing isn't adoption.

A change only counts when people understand it and work the new way.

  4. Software should fit people, not the other way around.

JourneeHub should feel calm, organized and welcoming, not like another system to fight with.

Built on Blend Me's TREE framework

TREE is Blend Me's employee-experience framework. Blend Me defines employee experience as the employee's experience across the whole lifecycle, not just their interaction with software.

TREE covers seven lifecycle stages: Attract, Hire, Onboard, Engage, Perform, Develop and Depart. Two principles run across every stage: Trust and Responsibility. Blend Me has refined TREE around remote and hybrid employee experience since 2013.

Two ideas from TREE shape JourneeHub directly:

  • Onboarding means a new hire knows what good work looks like, and whom to ask. JourneeHub's onboarding paths, job descriptions and people directory are built for exactly that.
  • Responsibility means clarity. Organizations owe employees clear resources, explicit expectations and decision rights. JourneeHub makes owners, roles and coverage visible.

Change-management expertise, built in

Blend Me's change-management practice starts from one belief: a new technology, policy, workflow or structure only creates value when people change how they work.

  1. Diagnose
  2. Design
  3. Prepare
  4. Launch
  5. Reflect

Blend Me's change process moves through five phases: Diagnose, Design, Prepare, Launch and Reflect. It combines the TREE framework, People Operations experience and the Prosci ADKAR model. That thinking shaped how JourneeHub handles change: clear versions, sign-off on what changed, training that reinforces it, and visibility into who hasn't caught up yet.
