Everything your team needs to know how work gets done

JourneeHub is company intranet software with the essentials built in: policies, SOPs, a people directory, job descriptions, journey maps, onboarding and learning paths, announcements and search. Each piece links to the others, so an answer always comes with an owner and a next step.

Policy management software with sign-off built in

JourneeHub keeps your official policies in one library, with the current version always clear and every acknowledgement on record.

  • One policy library. Browse and filter every policy, with its owner, effective date and review information on the page.
  • Clear versions. Employees always see the current published policy. Drafts stay with editors, and earlier versions stay in the revision history.
  • Acknowledgements tied to a version. When a policy needs a sign-off, each acknowledgement is recorded against that exact version, with the date and time.
  • Re-acknowledge when it changes. Publish a meaningful update and ask people to sign off again.
  • See who's outstanding. Admins and managers can see who has acknowledged and who hasn't.
  • Handbooks with whole-book sign-off. Group policies into a handbook ("book") and ask employees to sign off on the whole thing, in rounds when you update it.
  • Approval before publishing. Policies require approval by default, and admins can choose which content types need it.

SOP software your team will actually follow

A good SOP, a standard operating procedure, tells someone exactly how a task is done here, step by step. JourneeHub makes SOPs easy to write, easy to follow and easy to keep current.

  • Step-by-step format. Write each step with instructions, screenshots, video or files, plus notes and callouts where people tend to trip up.
  • A named owner. Every SOP shows who owns the process, linked to their profile.
  • Review dates. Each SOP carries a last-reviewed date, and content past its review date can be surfaced for its owner.
  • Connected, not isolated. Link SOPs to the policies they support and the roles that use them.
  • Reuse in training. Add an SOP to an onboarding or learning path as a lesson, without copying it. Update the SOP once and the training stays current.
  • Library and filters. Find SOPs by category or department.

Employee directory software that shows who does what

JourneeHub's people directory answers "who owns this?" and "who can help me?" in seconds.

  • Find anyone. Search by name, role or title, department or location.
  • Cards or table. View the directory as profile cards or a compact table.
  • Department pages. Each department gets a page with its people and who covers for whom: who oversees, who backs up, who supports.
  • Customer quick reference. Departments can list the customers they serve and who is responsible for each, for internal staff only. (JourneeHub is not a CRM.)
  • Everyone, even without a login. Include people who don't need a JourneeHub account, such as part-time or field staff.
  • Import from a spreadsheet. Bring your team in with a CSV import, with a preview before anything changes.

Job descriptions that connect each role to its work

A job description in JourneeHub is more than a hiring document. It's the place an employee goes to understand what their role is responsible for and how to do it.

  • Role essentials. Title, department, reporting line, responsibilities and competencies.
  • Connected to the work. Each role page lists its related SOPs and the onboarding or learning paths for that role.
  • Assigned to people. Link people to their role, so the directory and the job description stay in sync.
  • Kept current. Job descriptions have a review cycle and are searchable by title or department.

Journey maps that show how work moves across your teams

A journey map shows how a process moves from step to step, which team does what at each step, and where the handoffs happen.

  • Structured steps. Lay out ordered steps, with one activity per team or outside party in each step.
  • SOPs in place. Attach the right SOPs to each activity. Steps number themselves (1.0, 1.1, 1.2) and renumber when you move things.
  • Visual plus narrative. Add a diagram, image or PDF alongside the stage-by-stage explanation.
  • Owners and handoffs. Make ownership and handoffs visible, with links to the related roles and people.
  • Members only. Journey maps are visible to signed-in members of your workspace, never public.

Onboarding that gives every new hire a clear path

Onboarding in JourneeHub is a learning path: an ordered set of courses a new hire works through, usually starting on day one. The same tools work for new-manager training, safety refreshers or any role-specific training.

  • Learning paths and courses. Build courses from modules and lessons, then arrange courses into a path with release days and due days.
  • Reuse what you have. Add policies, SOPs and job descriptions as lessons without copying them.
  • Simple quizzes. Check understanding with a short quiz and a pass mark.
  • Policy sign-offs inside training. Include a policy acknowledgement as a step in the path.
  • My learning. Each employee sees what's assigned, what's next, what's overdue and what's done.
  • Progress for managers. One line shows where someone stands, for example "8 of 12 lessons completed, 67%". Reporting covers people, paths, courses and quizzes, within each person's permissions.
  • Scheduling and reminders. Schedule a path to start on a future date, set recurring training (every 12 months, for example), and let reminders follow up when something is due or overdue.

JourneeHub's learning is intentionally lightweight. It's not a full enterprise learning management system and doesn't do SCORM packages or certificates.

Announcements that don't get lost in chat

Share timely company news in the place employees already go for answers.

  • Feed on the home page. Announcements show on your workspace home.
  • Pin what matters. Prioritize important announcements so they stay on top.
  • Start and end dates. Schedule announcements and let them expire on their own.
  • Not another chat tool. Announcements are for updates people need to know, not conversation.

Your company's own branded, private workspace

Every JourneeHub customer gets its own workspace: your name, your logo, your structure.

Branded.

Your logo appears on every page, with header images and a home page your editors arrange.

Private by design.

Your workspace is for invited members. Your content, people and files are kept separate from every other company's.

Roles that fit.

Employees read, managers see their people, editors maintain content, admins run the workspace.

Easy to edit.

A clean block editor with autosave, so content owners don't need technical skills.

Bring content in.

Paste existing text to create drafts, then review before anything goes live.

Works on any screen.

Reading, search, acknowledgements and learning work on desktop, tablet and phone. [CONFIRM: wording "Works on any screen" reflects the product spec requirement; confirm it's verified on mobile before launch.]

Not just a place to store documents

Most tools help you find a file. JourneeHub connects the file to the role it applies to, the person who owns it, and the action to take next. That's the difference between information and clarity.

Want help setting it up?

JourneeHub is built by the team at Blend Me, which helps companies plan and launch changes so people actually adopt them. If you'd like support structuring your content, mapping roles or launching JourneeHub with your managers, ask about it when you book a demo.
